I've been in the food business for 20 years, and have seen trends come and go. I live in Dallas, Texas, a destination for great food and innovative food companies. While my primary business is frozen food co-packing, my background includes restaurants, retail brands and innovation. My goal with the Frozen Food Journal is to create a destination for articles that I find interesting and potentially helpful to myself and others in the industry.
